"" باز آزربایجان برنده است "" به اولین بزرگ راه ( جاده - خط آهن ) که باکو پایتخت جمهوری آزربایجان شمالی را در امتداد دریای خزر به دریای سیاه و شهر بندری روسیه Novorossiysk ارتباط میدهد نگاه کنید. پیشتر گفتم خطوط لوله‌های نفت / گاز، قطار، دکل‌های انتقال برق و و فقط جنبهٔ اقتصادی ندارند، این پروژه‌ها ( امنیت ) را وارد ساختار سیستم منطقه میکنند، پسا ساختار گرا ئی و پست مدرنیسم و روژاوا گفتن امنیت نمی‌‌آورد، پروژ‌های بزرگ در بطن خود حامل پیشرفت ، امنیت و رفاه هستند.
